- Pre testing at location (Speed of internet and accessibility of internet)

- Contact info for viewers
Day of the Live Stream:
- Arrive at location
- Start live support for your viewers via email or live chat program
- Establish internet connection and monitor its status (wired or wireless)
- Setting up equipment
- 5 minute test of live stream
Live show starts
- Live show ends and streaming is suspended
- Equipment used is cleaned up
- Video On Demand files are created and posted to specified area

Every package comes with Live Support online and Phone Support during your live broadcast. Our IT support will be standing by to make sure that your audience will experience the broadcast without
interruptions.
We also provide your viewers the ability to chat
with other viewers live during the broadcast.
